Hello guys! 
It's been a long time since I posted something, or rather, updated anything here in deviantART. I've been so busy with school and personal health concerns (mostly exercise) that I never have the time to post a sketch or make a journal.
Luckily I have the time to make this one
though I only have the shortest time available that I can only make an anime-esque coloring while catching up with time 
(well, I have first unit exams by next week, so yep, this is the best I can do :<)
To summarize this one; me and my groupmates in our class have this small personal project of making our own story. Well actually, that's just me doing it all when I'm bored, but nevertheless my groupmates like the idea, so I went on! XD
So we're making a story---typically, a zombie apocalypse story where we survive and try to keep it that way. I made sketches in my sketchbook of all of us with weapons, but decided to keep it simple in my next digital works.
The girl in the drawing is me; yep! That's how I look like; girl with a ponytail hairdo and always wearing a light pink hoodie. Being the leader of the group, I have to draw myself first.
I'll draw the Assistant Leader next time. 
And of course...for the umpteenth time, SOOOORRY if I don't reply due to heavy schedule IRL This is the best I can do for now, really.

Vision Originality Technique ImpactCan I try and critique this? Yes. Will it be good? That is your and the other artists and writes's call.
Let me get down to the nitty-gritty. The lighting: perfect. The color feels and looks fine...but I feel it's almost like it's missing a certain....pizzaz or pop to it. But, this is a zombie gone wrong story, right? Exactly. The colors work for the work itself.
I would ask why I see no face, but I think that's personal choice. So be it.
The quote- It feels...to somebody like me, who is a optimist, a little negative. But everybody's dead. So be it.
Come to think of it...the whole piece in of itself reminds me of the charecter Lightning from Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII. She's very pretty, yet a little cold and rough.
