Hello there! I hope you won't mind a stranger giving you a critique, but here goes!
Okay, for the most part, the drawing looks nice; cute to be more specific. You win points for the pose that you drew and how you drew her expression that gives off her bubbly personality. You made a good choice of colors here, and the whole color palette in general (including the background) is really something to appreciate.
Hmmm I guess the only thing I would point out here was her height; ideally in drawing, a person must be 7 or 8 heads tall. From what I counted here, she only has 4.5 to 5 heads tall only (but this is anime we're talking about here, I dunno if that's an exception, but that's one of the rules you shouldn't skip on to).
The shading is also to simple, try to shade more areas, like clothing folds and such, to make it seem more 'real', even for anime style.
